Research for Educational Institutions

Roslow Research Group has particular expertise in the research needs of universities, colleges and trade/technical schools. Via survey research we have helped such educational institutions better understand prospective student’s perceptions and preferences when deciding what schools to apply to and/or attend.

  • What are the ultimate benefits student’s seek from a school?
  • What are the barriers that negatively influence the decision-making process?
  • What are perceptions of one school vs. competitors?
  • What are the key reasons for ultimately selecting one school over another?

These are just a few of the questions we have helped answer. We’ve handled assignments for a number of schools in their efforts to better target prospects and tailor marketing and recruiting protocols and materials based on insights obtained from survey research.

Over the years we’ve conducted quantitative surveys and focus groups with many different prospects and constituent groups: including high school seniors, parents of high school seniors, college freshmen, parents of college freshmen, community college students planning to transfer to four-year institutions as well as prospective and current trade school students.
